Hey Devs, Want a Chance to Win $10,000?
Normally we don’t cover third-party news, certainly not in our monthly newsletter, but this info is too good to pass up!
There’s an online coding battle called OpenBracket opening to all devs during the weekend of October 15-17. It will be hosted through HackerRank – sign-up here – an online job board for coders and developers.
The winner will receive $10,000 in cash, and 2nd to 5th place finishers will get $1,000 each.
Another 49 participants will win an all-expenses-paid trip to the IRL portion of the competition in Wilmington, Delaware, which takes place on November 5. 100 finalists will compete in that competition for even more earnings.
